Chair & Heels is a fun, expressive class that blends chair dance, heels technique, and floor work to help you explore confident, fluid movement. Designed for all experience levels, this class focuses on building strong lines, smooth transitions, and creative expression in a supportive and empowering environment.
Whether you're brand new or looking to expand your movement vocabulary, these classes help you develop strength, coordination, and confidence while learning choreography and expressive movement.

Chair & Heels classes are offered in 6-week sessions, allowing you to build skills and confidence while training with the same supportive group each week. These classes can also be booked as private party experiences for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or girls’ nights.

Warm-up and mobility work

Thigh-high leg warmers
Bring if you have them:
Yoga mat – great for warm-ups and conditioning
Knee pads – highly recommended for floor work and protecting your knees
Socks or dance socks – for smooth movement and grip
