Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a powerful blend of strength, movement, and confidence-building. Designed for women of all ages, body types, and experience levels, these classes combine fitness and dance to create a fun, supportive environment where you can challenge yourself and feel amazing in your body.

Whether you're brand new or returning to the pole, our progressive classes help you build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning new skills each week.

  • Pole fitness classes are offered in 6-week sessions, so you train with the same group of women each week. This helps build trust, connection, and a supportive atmosphere while you grow your skills.

    Each class includes:

    • Warm-up and conditioning exercises

    • Pole technique and skill training

    • Strength-building drills

    • Stretching and cool-down

If you are new to pole, you’ll begin with Beginner Pole, where you’ll learn the foundational techniques and terminology needed to progress safely. Students with previous experience can be assessed and placed in the appropriate level.

    • Booty shorts and a fitted top

    • Leggings (beginner sessions only)

    • Barefoot (heels introduced in higher levels)

    Optional:

    • Dance thigh-high leggings

    • Ankle braces for climbing

Please avoid lotions or oils before class and remove jewelry to protect both you and the pole.

Tip: Bring a yoga mat if you have one for warm-ups and conditioning.

  • Had a long, stressful day? Pole class might end up being the best part of your week.

Pole fitness is an amazing way to release stress, move your body, and reconnect with yourself. When stress builds up during the day, your body holds onto that extra adrenaline — and a fun, high-energy workout is one of the healthiest ways to let it go.

This workout engages every muscle in your body, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness — all while having fun. In fact, pole dancing can burn up to 720 calories per hour, making it one of the most effective low-impact, high-intensity full-body workouts out there.

But the best part isn’t just the workout.

It’s how you feel afterward — stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do. Watching yourself grow week after week, learning new skills, and surprising yourself along the way is incredibly rewarding.

For many students, pole night quickly becomes their favorite night of the week.

  • Pole classes are all about strength, confidence, movement, and learning to trust your body. Because grip is important, clothing is a little different than chair or heels classes — skin contact helps with climbing, sits, and many pole moves.

Wear what makes you feel comfortable, confident, and able to move freely.

    Clothing Ideas:

    • Sports bra or fitted top

    • Pole shorts (recommended for grip)

    • Athletic wear or pole attire

    • Sweatpants or leggings for warm-up

    • Layers you can remove as class heats up

    • Something fun and expressive that makes you feel confident

    Tips:

    • Pole shorts help grip better than leggings.

    • For floorwork, smoother knee pads often work best.

    • If you’re new, don’t stress about outfits — start with what you have.

    • Grip strength builds over time.

    • Wear what makes you feel strong, confident, and ready to move.
