Amanda’s Journey to Sacred Circle Wellness
“My path to wellness wasn’t a straight line. It was a reclamation. A circle. A coming back to myself.”
For years, I navigated the heavy waters of body image struggles and eating disorders. My search for truth led me to a Dietetics program, but I quickly realized that a corporate-sponsored approach to nutrition lacked the integrity and soul I knew were necessary for true healing. I chose to listen to my intuition instead, stepping away from “Big Food” influence to pursue a path that honors the whole person.
A Foundation of Bio-Individuality
As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I practice and teach bio-individuality, the understanding that each person has a unique biochemical makeup, heritage, environment, and natural rhythm.
My role is to listen with deep empathy and provide guidance that helps you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Through present-moment awareness, we create space for you to move toward your highest potential.
The Gift of Reiki
My journey into energy work began as a personal way to manage overwhelm while experiencing the world as a Highly Sensitive Empath. What started as a way to support myself and my family soon transformed into a calling.
In 2024, I received my Usui Shiki Ryoho Master Practitioner training and attunement from local psychic medium Liz Potter. Sharing that sacred experience within a circle of women helped solidify my mission.
Today, I offer Reiki to help clients move through anxiety, emotional trauma, and energetic blockages while guiding them back to their true selves. I often call my Reiki sessions “Zen Days,” because I leave feeling just as full and renewed as my clients do.
Strength Through Movement
One of the most surprising and transformative parts of my journey came through movement.
At age 35, I tried pole fitness for the first time. Just three lessons later, I was asked to take over the program.
What began as a leap of faith became a powerful turning point. Through this practice, I became 20 pounds lighter, physically stronger, and more confident in my body than ever before. Even more importantly, it aligned me with my true purpose: empowering women to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and comfort within their own bodies.
The Circle Represents Three Core Truths
-

Rhythm of Life
We honor the circular nature of existence, including the seasons, the moon, and the natural ebbs and flows within our own bodies.
-

The Journey Inward
Wellness is the act of returning to yourself. Through intuition and self-awareness, we remember that the answers we seek already exist within us.
-

The Power of Gathering
In our movement and fitness classes, we begin by gathering in a circle to share intentions and experiences. These rituals honor the primal tradition of women sitting together around a fire and creates a safe and soulful space for conversation, connection, and collective growth.
