Every Buti class is an invitation to come home to yourself.
You'll experience a unique blend of functional fitness, yoga, cardio dance, breathwork, and somatic movement designed to strengthen your body while calming your nervous system. Throughout class you'll move in spirals, shake, flow, sweat, laugh, and breathe—all guided by powerful music and an encouraging community.
There is no pressure to get every move "right," and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. Whether it's your first class or your fiftieth, you'll be encouraged to honor your body and move in a way that feels authentic to you.

The name Buti comes from the Marathi language and means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret." The philosophy behind the practice is that healing isn't something you need to find outside yourself—it's already within you. Through intentional movement, breath, and self-expression, Buti helps uncover the strength, confidence, and resilience that have always been there.
While Buti incorporates yoga poses and breathwork as its foundation, it isn't a traditional yoga class. Instead, it expands beyond yoga by combining movement styles that challenge your body, awaken your senses, and encourage you to move freely.

That's why Buti incorporates the Spiral Structure Technique (SST), a multidimensional approach that strengthens your core through natural, rotational movement. Rather than focusing only on visible abdominal muscles, SST activates the deep stabilizing muscles surrounding your spine, pelvis, and torso to build functional strength, improve posture, and support everyday movement.
Buti also uses rhythmic movement, vibration, and intentional shaking to support nervous system regulation and release tension held within the body's connective tissue, known as fascia. By encouraging fluid movement instead of repetitive patterns, Buti helps improve mobility, reduce stress, and restore a greater sense of balance throughout the body.

Buti was created in 2010 by Bizzie Gold as a deeply personal healing practice and has since grown into a global movement with thousands of certified instructors around the world.
