Chair, Heels & Floor Work

Chair, Heels & Floor Work classes are designed to help you explore confident, expressive movement in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you're dancing with a chair, learning heels technique, or exploring fluid floor work, each class focuses on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and creative expression.

Each class offers its own unique style and choreography, allowing you to develop body awareness, smooth transitions, and confidence at your own pace. Heels are welcome in Chair and Floor Work classes but are never required, while Heels classes focus specifically on movement and technique in heels. All experience levels are welcome.
